Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in gaming, mobile, SaaS, or agency environments. • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns or events in South Korea. • Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills with international teams. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. • Passion for the gaming, mobile or digital advertising industry; familiarity with markets in China, Japan, India, or Southeast Asia is a plus. • Korean: Business fluent. • English: Business reading/writing; HQ collaboration required.
Responsibilities
• Event & Campaign Execution • Research, plan, and execute local trade shows, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. • Plan and manage customer events that drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities. • Support relationship management with local SaaS partners and event organizers. • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination. • Analyze event and campaign performance, track ROl, and provide insights to optimize future activities. • Localization & Content Marketing • Localize reports, blogs, and go-to-market collateral to ensure cultural and linguistic alignment with Korean audiences. • Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop customer-facing materials such as case studies, success stories, and presentations. • Work closely with the insights team to identify and deliver relevant regional data and narratives. • It's common for scammers to create positions that look legitimate on other sites.
