Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy across paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok) — hooks, formats, narratives, visual language — and drive the creative roadmap end-to-end. • Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch (ideation → production → testing → iteration). • Design and prioritize a high-volume hypothesis backlog; run structured creative experiments and translate results into decisions. • Conduct deep competitor and trend research; source and analyze organic content for winning angles and adapt them to paid formats. • Launch new funnels and product angles from scratch; define the creative playbook for new verticals. • Work closely with a cross-functional team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. • Hire, onboard, and develop Creative Marketing Managers.
