Tilt Finance - Senior Mobile Engineer

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience, iOS primary. Strong enough to negotiate technical tradeoffs and own quality without needing close oversight. • You've worked in a growth, product, or experimentation-heavy environment where shipping speed and learning velocity matter more than perfect specs • Product instinct that goes beyond the ticket. You've pushed back on a spec because you knew it wasn't right for the user. You can contribute to the product experience and curation process, not just execute against it. • Comfortable with intentional ambiguity. The problem space in Tilt Labs is intentionally loosely defined. You should find that energizing! • Cross-platform awareness is a plus.
