Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, or related field • 5+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical, and finance roles • A background in finance with an established knowledge of financial concepts, with preferred experience in cash management and nonprofit restricted funds • Elite Google and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Google Sheets and Excel • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar systems is preferred • Systems and tooling adaptability with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to create workflow efficiencies • Proven history of working well across a variety of teams to solve complex and ambiguous problems • An ability to own and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously • An aptitude for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Excellent quantitative skills, an ability to shift between granular and high-level analysis, a love for informing data-driven strategy and the skills to distill data into actionable insights • A rigorously detail-oriented approach, always triple-checking work, and experience producing exceptional deliverables • YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF…
Benefits
