rula - Finance Manager - Deal Desk (Remote)

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles • 2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function • Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis • Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences • Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus • Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses • Background in a high-growth or scaling company • Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses • Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting • Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams • We're serious about your well-being!
