Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead the internal roll-out of a conversational, agentic AI project, owning the plan, timelines, and delivery of adoption across the organization. • Partner closely with the internal product owner and technical team as a hands-on delivery partner embedded in the work, not a separate workstream. • Map and assess a wide and diverse stakeholder landscape across functions and markets, and coordinate engagement across all of them. • Co-facilitate discovery workshops to capture, prioritize, and categorize use cases separating common cross-market needs from market- or division-specific ones. • Act as the bridge between business and technology: translate business questions into what the tool can deliver, and manage expectations on both sides. • Drive the creation of training materials, communication assets, and enablement plans that move users from awareness to active use. • Manage the L1 support and feedback loop, prioritizing improvements and tracking adoption metrics. • Oversee system access control and governance as the product scales across markets. • Manage risk, resistance, and dependencies, keeping diverse stakeholders aligned and moving.
