Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of project management experience, with significant experience in developing Banking OR Financial software / systems. • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in banking or financial services. • Strong leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in English and Thai language is essential. • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused projects that enhance core banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. • Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of projects. • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and assess project risks related to implementations and core banking operations, developing strategies to mitigate them. • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives and enhance overall efficiency. • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
