Bybit - Marketing Campaign Lead
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own global campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, mechanics, and user journey to execution, optimization, and performance review. • Lead major platform initiatives including trading competitions, product launches, asset campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and flagship global events. • Build campaign strategies around the user lifecycle, covering activation, trading engagement, multi-product adoption, retention, and reactivation. • Identify opportunities from market movements, user behavior, product updates, and emerging trends across Crypto and TradFi, and translate them into relevant campaigns. • Identify cross-sell opportunities by matching user needs with the right products, tools, and trading strategies under different market conditions. • Work closely with Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data, and Regional teams to deliver complex global initiatives. • Measure campaign performance based on business impact, including active traders, trading volume, revenue, product adoption, retention, and ROI. • Lead the Global Campaign team, set clear priorities, and continuously improve campaign frameworks and execution efficiency.
