Requirements
• Partner with WalkMe Account Executives and Presales teams across EMEA, taking a consultative role in customer evaluations of WalkMe AI. • Lead AI-focused discovery sessions, answer technical and architectural questions, and guide customers through solution design considerations. • Build, customize, and deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of WalkMe AI. • Manage technical proofs of concept, both remotely and onsite, including coordination with internal Engineering and Support teams when needed. • Develop strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted AI advisor. • Support escalations and complex technical discussions, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. • Participate in regional field activities such as customer events, executive briefings, and internal enablement sessions. • Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams by sharing structured feedback on product gaps, market trends, and customer needs • ## What Sets Us Apart • At WalkMe, we are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our global community and clients we serve through inclusive programs and initiatives including equal pay, employee resource groups, holistic benefits and more.
