Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk or CPQ administration • Working knowledge of business unit sales organizations and field sales operating practices (business analytics, contract analytics, pricing structures, sales tools, and basic training) • Highly organized with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to work across functions • Accountable and willing to commit to high effort to ensure success • Proactive in seeking answers through available resources and knowing when to ask for guidance • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about being part of a growing business • Strong attention to detail and process orientation • Comfort working with pricing data and discount policies • CPQ experience preferred • SaaS subscription billing knowledge preferred • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment. The starting salary for this position will be dependent upon many factors, such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, education, training as well as internal equity, market data, and business needs.
