Requirements

Responsibilities
• Medical Record Management: Download, organize, rename, and upload medical records accurately and consistently. • Medical Record Management: • Filevine Task Execution: Complete assigned Filevine tasks independently and keep case information, documents, and task updates organized. • Filevine Task Execution: • EvenUp Document Support: Manage documents within EvenUp and assist with preparing organized materials for case review. • EvenUp Document Support: • Administrative Litigation Support: Assist with basic pleadings, filings, document preparation, and other litigation support tasks as assigned. • Administrative Litigation Support: • Document Organization: Maintain clean, consistent naming conventions and filing practices so documents are easy to locate and review. • Document Organization: • Technology Adoption: Use and learn tools such as Filevine, EvenUp, ChatGPT Pro, and Briefpoint to support efficient legal operations. • Technology Adoption: • Independent Follow-Through: Work through repetitive administrative tasks accurately, reliably, and without needing constant direction. • Independent Follow-Through: • Written Communication: Use clear written English when documenting updates, completing tasks, and supporting internal legal workflows. • Written Communication:
