Requirements

Responsibilities
• Case Analysis & Strategy: Review and analyze case files to support litigation strategy, including evaluating whether cases should be settled or litigated based on facts, damages, and insurance dynamics. • Case Analysis & Strategy: • Document Drafting & Review: Draft and refine legal documents including summonses, complaints, discovery responses, motions, and bills of particulars using firm templates and AI-generated drafts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strategic alignment. • Document Drafting & Review: • Discovery & Case Progression: Manage the discovery process, including drafting responses, reviewing demands, coordinating post-deposition follow-ups, and proactively identifying gaps in evidence or case development. • Discovery & Case Progression: • Trial Preparation: Prepare subpoenas, trial notebooks, and supporting documentation.
