Requirements

• 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Comfortable pitching to mid-market and enterprise clients • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations • Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments • Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms • Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems • Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets • Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business opportunities end-to-end with event organizers — from first conversation to signed deal • Prospect, qualify, and close new customers across brands, agencies, and strategic partners • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a fast-moving environment • Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion • Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers • Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning • Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
