Requirements

You are a "builder," not just a "user" of existing systems. • The Startup Mindset: • Technical Literacy: You can distinguish between an ML Engineer, Data Engineer, and Software Engineer, and can fluently discuss the current landscape of LLMs and data curation. • Technical Literacy: • Navigate Ambiguity: No one is going to tell you how to be successful. You must be comfortable with problem-solving, asking questions, and building a network. • Navigate Ambiguity: • Data-Driven Approach: You use metrics to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire, using these insights to pivot strategies quickly. • Data-Driven Approach: • High EQ & Negotiation Skills: You are an expert at "selling" a vision and can navigate complex compensation/equity conversations with senior-level candidates. • Ideal Characteristics: • A do-whatever-it-takes mentality to put in the time and effort to do an A+ job. • A deep interest in Tech and AI. • Experience with modern ATS platforms (we use Ashby) and sourcing tools (Juicebox Gem, TopFunnel). • Experience hiring for fast-moving companies where change is constant
Responsibilities
• Full-Stack Execution: Especially in the early days, you will work as a team of one.
