• You have 5+ years of strategy, BizOps, corporate development, or other operating experience at high-growth startups. Prior top-tier management consulting experience is a plus. • You have a track record of owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems from definition through execution, and you move them forward independently. • You bring deep analytical and financial-modeling strength, using data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories. • You're highly organized and autonomous, comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact work and building alignment across teams without heavy structure. • You're a clear, confident communicator who earns trust quickly with senior stakeholders. • You're a hands-on, results-focused operator, as comfortable in the weeds of a model as in front of the board. • You instinctively use AI & automation to turn manual work into repeatable systems. • You believe, like we do, that people are good for it — and that great products should reflect that trust. • Don’t meet every qualification?
