Requirements
• Platform Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot) with strong admin/configuration skills and a proven ability to own systems end-to-end. You are comfortable with data mapping and hygiene. You understand how Shopify, Klaviyo, and HubSpot interact and can troubleshoot integration gaps independently. • Data-Driven Lead Scoring: Experience in building and/or maintaining lead-scoring models. You know how to weigh behavioral signals (site visits, engagement, intent) to identify high-value prospects for the sales team. • AI & Automation Logic: A forward-thinking approach to CRM. You know how to integrate AI tools and webhooks into workflows to automate personalized messaging and optimize internal data processing. • Full-Funnel Strategic Mindset: You don’t just "send emails"; you architect journeys. You have a background in lead acquisition and nurturing, specifically moving cold leads through a complex, high-ticket purchase funnel. • A/B Testing Discipline: A "test-everything" philosophy. You are experienced in running rigorous experiments on subject lines, send times, and funnel messaging to move the needle on conversion rates. • High-Velocity Collaboration: A preference for the energy of a fast-growing startup. You’re excited to work from our Berlin (Kreuzberg) office 4 days per week, collaborating in person to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
• Architect the Growth Engine: Define and execute a global CRM roadmap that prioritizes lead acquisition and conversion velocity, moving prospects seamlessly from initial interest to a closed sale. • Klaviyo Mastery & HubSpot Integration: Own the day-to-day strategy and execution within Klaviyo (email/SMS/WhatsApp) while maintaining a seamless data sync with N8N to our HubSpot ecosystem to ensure Sales and Marketing are perfectly aligned. • Full-Funnel Messaging: Design and optimize high-impact lifecycle journeys, with a heavy emphasis on top and middle of funnel nurturing and "abandoned interest" recovery to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates. • Strategic Email Testing: Implement a rigorous A/B testing framework (subject lines, templates, send times, and incentives) to constantly improve open rates, CTRs, and revenue per recipient for the local markets. • Lead Nurturing & Segmentation: Build sophisticated segmentation models based on user behavior and intent, ensuring the right message hits the right lead at the right stage of their PERGOLUX journey. • Data-Driven Strategy: Set clear KPIs for lead acquisition cost (CPL), funnel conversion rates, and email-attributed revenue, translating raw data into actionable growth strategies.
