Responsibilities

• To sell and promote GTM Manufacturing's mechanical engineering products to potential clients in the foundation sector through various sales channels. • To maintain a professional appearance on all company platforms including LinkedIn profiles as part of personal branding efforts for business development purposes. • To engage with customers, understand their needs, provide product solutions and build long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service both online and offline. • To attend industry events to network with potential clients and partners in the foundation sector on behalf of GTM Manufacturing's sales team. • To manage a portfolio of accounts within their territory, ensuring regular communication with existing customers for retention purposes as well as identifying new opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling or email marketing campaigns. • To collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product capabilities and limitations in order to provide accurate information during sales presentations and consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations for quality and performance standards. • To maintain a high level of knowledge about GTM Manufacturing's products as well as industry trends through continuous learning opportunities such as attending webinars or workshops to stay updated on the latest developments in mechanical engineering sales strategies, techniques, tools, technologies and best practices. • To regularly review customer feedback from various sources including surveys, social media platforms, email correspondence etc., analyze this data for insights into areas of improvement within their own performance or product offerings as well as identifying potential opportunities to expand the company's market share in foundation sector by addressing unmet needs and pain points. • To maintain a clean and organized workspace with minimal clutter, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily accessible for efficient workflow management within their sales territory or office space when working remotely from Boston MA location as well as adhering to company policies regarding confidentiality of sensitive information such as customer data. • To maintain a professional appearance on LinkedIn profiles by regularly updating content related to industry news, trends and personal achievements in order to enhance their visibility among potential clients within the foundation sector while also showcasing expertise through sharing valuable insights or tips relevant to mechanical engineering sales strategies that can benefit others. • To maintain a clean and organized workspace with minimal clutter when working remotely from Boston MA location by ensuring all necessary materials are readily accessible for efficient workflow management within their assigned territory as well adhering company policies regarding confidentiality of sensitive information such as customer data, including securely storing electronic files on encrypted devices or cloud storage services. • To maintain a clean and organized workspace with minimal clutter when working remotely from Boston MA location by ensuring all necessary materials are readily accessible for efficient workflow management within their assigned territory while adhering company policies regarding confident
