Requirements

Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, learning the underlying processes. • Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify initial trends and provide supporting insights for business decisions, under guidance. • Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools, learning best practices. • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders, gaining exposure to executive communication. • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required, developing your analytical skills. • Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments, learning the financial evaluation process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, focusing on accuracy and understanding data sources. • Learn to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to identifying areas for improvement. • Assist with aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes, gaining insight into accounting cycles. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and procedures by identifying areas for learning and suggesting improvements.
