Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years administering enterprise applications (CRM/ERP). • 5+ years • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience. • Experience with API integrations and data synchronization. • Strong understanding of security, governance, and reporting. • Salesforce development (Apex, Flow, LWC) and Salesforce certifications. • Experience in insurance, financial services, or agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic). • Experience with platform AI tools and low‑code/custom-built applications. • Technical expertise, business acumen, strategic thinking, strong communication, and adaptability across platforms. • As an organization, we are tremendously optimistic about the future and have incredibly high expectations for our people and our performance. Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM and enterprise applications. • Manage roles, permissions, security settings, workflows, and automation. • Configure and customize platforms using declarative tools and development where needed. • Oversee releases, upgrades, and adoption of new features. • Maintain data quality and governance standards. • Partner with business units to improve processes and system usage. • Support and develop API integrations and data flows. • Build reports, dashboards, automation, and proof‑of‑concept solutions. • Evaluate platform capabilities, including AI tools like Salesforce Einstein. • Document system architecture and provide advanced user support and training.
