Requirements
• Skills needed: Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, proficiency in building complex Flows, managing integrations and troubleshooting issues independently. Experience working cross-functionally to support marketing, sales, and finance stakeholders is also required. Strong English communication skills for collaboration across time zones are necessary. • Years of experience: 3+ years in Salesforce administration with hands-on experience as stated explicitly. • Education/certifications: Active Salesforce Administrator certification mentioned specifically. Familiarity with our tech stack or Blackthorn products is a plus, although not mandatory for the role itself but beneficial to have. • Must-haves: Experience in B2B SaaS environment and understanding of subscription business metrics are required must-haves as stated explicitly.
Responsibilities
• Own and optimize our Salesforce environment, serving as the primary point of contact for all platform-related needs • Manage user access, security settings, and permissions while maintaining data integrity across the organization • Build and refine automations using Flow to streamline business processes • Create custom reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across teams • Handle ongoing system maintenance, including sandbox management and release updates, and proactively identify and manage areas of technical debt • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, along with outside agencies and contractors, to translate business requirements into scalable solutions • Document processes and configurations to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved as we grow • What We Look For • What We Look For • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience • Active Salesforce Administrator certification • Proficiency in building complex Flows, managing integrations, and troubleshooting issues independently • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with an understanding of subscription business metrics • Strong experience working cross-functionally to support marketing, sales, and finance stakeholders • Strong English communication skills for collaboration across time zones • Curiosity and an ownership mindset, you proactively identify platform improvements rather than waiting to be asked • Familiarity with our tech stack or Blackthorn products is a plus • A deep level of satisfaction through ownership of your role.
