DYOPATH - Salesforce Administrator
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. • Proven experience supporting Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud • Strong experience with Flow Builder and automation tools • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform capabilities • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Preferred: • Experience with Conga Contracts and/or Klient PSA • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce) • Experience in IT services, MSP, or subscription-based business environments • Familiarity with Apex, JavaScript, or other web technologies • Certifications • Certifications • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Preferred • Preferred • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification • Salesforce Advanced Administrator • Salesforce Platform App Builder • Additional Salesforce certifications related to Revenue Cloud or AI • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices • Deep knowledge of CPQ / Revenue Cloud processes • Experience troubleshooting complex system and integration issues • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Strong collaboration and communication skills
