Aptos Labs - Community Manager (Korea)
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in community management, ecosystem development, or trader relations in web3 • Active participant or power user in crypto trading communities; you understand the culture, the language, and what traders actually care about and have had meaningful exposure to derivatives, perps, and onchain trading products • An established network within the Korean crypto trading ecosystem; connections to KOLs, trading groups, or derivatives communities are a strong plus • Deep familiarity with the Korean web3 landscape, including local platforms, communities, and the dynamics of trader acquisition in the region • Hands-on experience running community-facing events: AMAs, trading competitions, workshops, or regional meetups • Sharp communicator in both Korean and English, with the ability to engage traders, builders, and technical teams equally well • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment across multiple workstreams simultaneously • Willingness to travel within Korea and the broader region as needed • Strongly Preferred: • Strongly Preferred: • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) • Team-oriented, community-minded approach to work • Willingness and ability to travel and represent Aptos as needed • The Benefits listed below are for Full-time employees.
Responsibilities
• Primary point of contact for Korean traders, builders, and community members across Aptos and Decibel • Build and grow local trading communities via online channels and offline events to attract and retain active traders • Engage high-value traders, KOLs, and groups, converting them into Decibel users and advocates • Plan and execute events, AMAs, and trading competitions • Connect builders with resources, funding, and co-marketing support • Gather community feedback and share insights with teams • Localize campaigns and content for the Korean market • Build long-term relationships with traders, founders, and partners • 2-4 years in web3 community management or trader relations • Active in crypto trading communities with knowledge of perps and onchain trading • Network in Korean crypto ecosystem (KOLs preferred) • Deep familiarity with Korean web3 landscape • running AMAs, competitions, workshops, or meetups • Fluent in Korean and English • Fast-paced mindset and willingness to travel • to find jobs.
