Seed - Staff Accountant
Requirements
• You have 2-3 years of accounting experience with knowledge and application of GAAP • A detail oriented go-getter who enjoys collaborating cross functionally • Excel & Googlesheets whiz (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA) to automate and streamline accounting processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Netsuite, Ramp, Bill.com, Google suite • Compensation:The annual pay range for this full-time position is $75-95k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable & accounts receivable process from data entry to retailer/vendor communications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for decision-making. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Support the implementation, maintenance and administration of accounting software and systems. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
