Requirements

• CFP, CFA, ChFC, or other advanced certifications • Experience with corporate retirement plans, executive comp, or small business owners • Existing relationships at large corporations • Experience mentoring or training a junior advisor

Responsibilities

• Bring existing client relationships onto Farther's modern platform and leverage Focus Team resources to grow. • Access coordinated events for market access. • Utilize the dedicated support infrastructure provided by the team lead and other members. • Participate in specialized knowledge training sessions about internal language, benefits structures, and culture of target companies. • Engage with accessible leadership within a hands-on approach to shape team direction based on personal input. • Receive mentorship from senior advisors as part of the collaborative environment for career development.
