Requirements
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (or equivalent in partnerships/business development) with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently and close net-new business through outbound prospecting • Proven success in a field-based or territory role with a strong emphasis on in-person selling • Strong consultative sales skills, including effective discovery, value-based selling, objection management, and disciplined closing • High level of CRM rigor, accurate forecasting, and proficiency with modern sales tools • Experience engaging and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and administrative teams • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area • Willingness and ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week, managing a territory within approximately a 2.5-hour travel radius • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment • Proven success selling into large provider organizations (e.g., multi-site groups, provider networks, enterprise-level accounts), including navigating multiple stakeholders across clinical leadership and operations to drive consensus through activation • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build early-stage sales motions and playbooks from the ground up • Healthcare or health tech experience, or a strong track record of quickly learning and adapting to clinical workflows • Strong “builder” mindset with a track record of creating repeatable assets and processes (e.g., territory plans, persona-based talk tracks, objection handling frameworks, field visit structures, mutual action plans) that measurably improve conversion rates and reduce time-to-activation • We're serious about your well-being!
