Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. • Build and optimize customer journeys for welcome/onboarding, win-backs, upsell triggers, partnership campaigns. • Develop creative multi-channel engagement strategies that resonate with pet parents across digital platforms (email, SMS, social media). • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives for better performance outcomes. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on customer lifecycle touchpoints and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion. • Monitor campaign metrics regularly, providing insights into areas of improvement and identifying successful strategies that can be replicated or scaled across other products/services offered by Koala Health. • Stay abreast of industry trends in pet healthcare marketing and continuously seek innovative approaches to engage with the target audience effectively. • Manage a team, delegating tasks efficiently while ensuring that all members are aligned with campaign objectives and timelines.
