Requirements

• You are a well-rounded brand marketer from the fashion or consumer products space with proven leadership experience, leading both strategy and people. • You bring a creative-first mindset, with a focus on building brand equity, community, and storytelling (vs. pure performance). • You have a genuine passion for fashion and consumer products, paired with a strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and cultural relevance. • You are a strategic thinker and creative storyteller, skilled at developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and growth. • You possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, influencer programs, and emerging marketing trends/technologies. • You are a collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with Creative, Ecommerce, and external agencies. • You have a track record of building, mentoring, and leading successful marketing and social teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance. • You are adaptable and resourceful, able to pivot priorities quickly while maintaining focus on long-term brand vision and growth. • The recruitment process • Video screen with Talent Advisor from Bloom • Video Interview with Natalie Dusome, Founder + CEO of Poppy & Peonies • Second Video Interview with Steph, VP Marketing & select members from the Marketing team • Reference checks • Applications will be accepted through the end of June. Candidates can expect to hear from us regarding next steps by June 15th. • We’re seeking an exceptional candidate based in the US or Canada who values the flexibility of remote work while embracing the excitement of in-person experiences. • There will be occasional domestic and/or international travel for photoshoots, events, and team retreats.

Benefits

• Annual Salary ranges from $140,000-$160,000 • Performance bonus • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year • $250 annual period & menstrual budget • $1,000 annual allowance towards Poppy & Peonies product • $400 home office setup allowance • At Bloom, we see conversations around compensation as a continuous discussion.
