Requirements
• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional Arabic and English fluency is strictly required to effectively engage enterprise leadership and government stakeholders across the GCC region. • Bilingual Proficiency: • Arabic and English • Experience & Track Record: 5+ years of proven enterprise sales success in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), or Hardware Security/Authentication Solutions across the Middle East. • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated history of developing new territories, opening doors at tier-1 enterprise organizations, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. • Hunter Mentality: • GCC Enterprise Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the buying processes, decision-making structures, and compliance landscapes in key regional verticals (Government, Banking/Finance, Defense, Energy, Telecom). • GCC Enterprise Domain Expertise: • Channel & Ecosystem Acumen: Strong experience navigating dual co-selling models (direct enterprise engagement complemented by two-tier channel distribution execution). • Channel & Ecosystem Acumen: • Local Availability: Currently based in or willing to relocate immediately to Dubai, UAE, with ability to travel up to 30–50% within the UAE and Saudi Arabia. • Local Availability: • Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
• Direct Revenue & Territory Growth: Drive end-to-end sales execution for major target accounts across the UAE and Saudi Arabia to expand Yubico’s regional footprint. • Direct Revenue & Territory Growth: • Enterprise Door-Opening & Prospecting: Actively build, qualify, and advance a robust sales pipeline, holding direct executive meetings with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership. • Enterprise Door-Opening & Prospecting: • Strategic Ecosystem Collaboration: Work in tandem with the regional Channel Manager to co-sell through top-tier regional distributors, elite resellers, and MSSPs. • Strategic Ecosystem Collaboration: • High-Impact Deal Focus: Lead complex negotiations and commercial strategy for high-value strategic deployments ($500K+ deal focus), delegating mid-market run-rate business to partners. • High-Impact Deal Focus: • Local Market Agility: Leverage your physical presence in Dubai to engage clients directly, adapt seamlessly to local business dynamics and spontaneous scheduling, and establish strong strategic relationships. • Local Market Agility: • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with internal Solutions Engineering, Channel Leadership, and Legal to structure seamless proof-of-concept (POC) projects and enterprise agreements. • Cross-Functional Synergy:
