Requirements

• Compassionate, fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) ready to provide teletherapy across California to clients ages 11–60. Every caseload includes some youth clients (ages 11–24), and you're welcome to round it out with adults, more youth, or a mix — whatever fits your clinical strengths. • Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren't eligible for this role. • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California • State of California • A passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice • Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults • Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across age groups • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 or 18-60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs • Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients
