Responsibilities
• Lead the Engineering team in developing financial products for companies. • Collaborate closely with Product and Operations Teams to understand business needs and ensure product success post-launch. • Oversee cross-functional teams within Craft (Banking, Infrastructure, Onboarding & Financial Crime, Payments, Platform, Cards, Tooling) in developing end-to-end features for financial products. • Ensure the team operates with extreme autonomy and maintains a high level of output without micromanagement. • Manage backend stack development using Clojure, FoundationDB, Bazel, Kubernetes, AWS technologies. • Oversee frontend stack development primarily in CLJS but also manage transition to Svelte as needed.
