Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our product led growth strategy across onboarding, retention, and engagement • Define and drive a measurable roadmap focused on activation, user adoption, and long term retention • Align stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering • Lead and coach 1 to 2 Product Managers working across growth initiatives • Partner with Data teams to identify friction points, opportunities, and key behavioural insights • Collaborate with Marketing and PMM on shared initiatives, messaging, and KPIs • Design, run, and evaluate experiments to validate and optimise growth initiatives • Drive accountability, prioritisation, and execution discipline across the roadmap • Act as the go to product leader for growth initiatives across the business • What You Already Bring to the Table • Strong PLG experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through optimisation • Clear track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives • Hands on experience running A/B tests and analysing experiment outcomes • High data fluency with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform decision making • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for different audiences • Experience leading and developing Product Managers with a coaching mindset • Proven ability to influence cross functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority • Comfortable operating at the intersection of Product and Marketing • Operationally strong, highly organised, and outcome focused with a bias toward action • Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe.
