Requirements
• 3–5+ years of account management, client success, or post-sales experience, ideally in FinTech, ABS/Structured Products, Capital Markets, or a closely related field • A track record of owning and growing high-value client relationships, including leading complex renewals and expansions • Executive presence — you're comfortable and confident engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite, both internally and externally • Strong commercial instincts: you understand how to identify growth opportunities and build a business case for expansion • Deep product curiosity and technical aptitude — you learn SaaS platforms quickly and can speak fluently about complex financial data products • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; comfort using analytics tools (Tableau, Metabase) to derive client insights • A collaborative, proactive mindset — you work well across teams and take initiative without waiting to be asked • Ability to visit clients occasionally in the NY Metro Area
Responsibilities
• Own a portfolio of high-value and strategic accounts — serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executive and operational stakeholders • Lead contract renewals and expansions end-to-end, including negotiation, deal structuring, and coordination with Finance and Legal • Build and execute strategic account plans with clear growth objectives, risk mitigation strategies, and multi-quarter action items • Proactively develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships, ensuring dv01 is embedded in clients' core workflows • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across dv01's full product suite, partnering with Sales and Product Specialists as needed • Leverage user analytics and engagement data to drive product adoption, surface expansion opportunities, and optimize the client experience • Contribute to dv01's product feedback loop — synthesize client insights and communicate structured feedback to the Product team • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and evolve the product with client needs in mind • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs), product demos, and training sessions for your accounts • Participate in industry conferences, client events, and trade shows as a representative of dv01

Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
