Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience of product management leadership experience leading product strategy in alignment with business goals. • Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering successful products in a rapid growth environment to delight customers and achieve measurable business impact. • Experience leading product discovery through market & user research, testing methodologies to drive business decisions, data analytics, opportunity and problem identification, and prioritization to resolve issues. • Effectively communicates and aligns upon product strategy and tradeoffs with cross functional stakeholders and at the senior level. • Effectively bridges user research and engineering capabilities to ensure an intuitive, frictionless, and high-quality UI experience • Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships. • Experience managing a team of Product & Designers • Proficiency and demonstrated abilities with SQL, design and user experience tooling (Figma), LLMs

Responsibilities

• Lead product development teams to create and launch new products within the company's portfolio. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, legal, operations, HR, facilities management, procurement, IT/DevOps, security, compliance to ensure product alignment and successful launches. • Define the vision for new products based on company strategy, industry trends, competitive landscape analysis, market research findings, customer feedback, user needs assessments, business goals, financial projections, risk management considerations, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR), intellectual property rights and patent landscapes to ensure alignment with the overall product roadmap of Pathpoint's portfolio. • Develop a comprehensive Product Requirement Specification document for each new project that includes detailed user stories/use cases, wireframes or prototypes (if applicable) as well as technical specifications and nonfunctional requirements such as performance metrics, security standards, compliance with industry regulations etc., to ensure clarity of expectations across the team. • Facilitate regular product strategy meetings between cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, legal, operations, HR, facilities management, procurement, IT/DevOps, security, compliance to ensure alignment and effective communication of the vision for new products. • Provide leadership in defining product requirements with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, legal, operations, HR, facilities management, procurement, IT/DevOps, security, compliance to ensure clarity of expectations across the team. • Lead and manage product development processes from ideation through prototyping (if applicable), testing, launch preparation, market entry strategies including go-to-market plans for new products within Pathpoint's portfolio as well as ongoing maintenance activities to ensure successful execution of projects with timely delivery. • Oversee and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation through prototyping (if applicable), testing, launch preparation, market entry strategies including go-to-market plans for new products within Pathpoint's portfolio as well as ongoing maintenance activities to ensure successful execution of projects with timely delivery. • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams in defining product requirements based on user needs assessments, customer feedback, industry trends analysis findings etc., while ensuring alignment with company strategy, business goals, financial projections, risk management considerations as well as regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR). • Facilitate regular meetings between engineering and design teams to ensure clarity of expectations across the team
