Sealed - Head of Product & Engineering
Requirements
• 8+ years across product and engineering, as an engineer turned PM or an engineering leader with a product-heavy background • A deep respect for engineering as a craft • A track record of close partnership with sales and revenue teams • Enthusiasm for AI and hands-on experience applying it • Clear written communication skills (we have a doc-heavy culture!) • Experience analyzing data and using it to drive product decision making • Ability to work collaboratively with design, engineering and a variety of stakeholders • Demonstrated leadership and hustle • Interest in or passion for electrification • Familiarity with or interest in building construction and the physical world • Experience with products in their relatively early stages • At Sealed, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. Responsibilities
• Deeply understand our customers and their needs, both qualitatively and quantitatively • Own the product roadmap and engineering execution across Sealed’s products • Lead and grow a small team of engineers and product builders • Experiment with product features and go to market strategies • Analyze data and adjust on the fly • Collaborate across our org, driving toward the best holistic experience for our customers • Partner closely with our revenue team to build tools that change how they work • Help define where product ends and services begin as we scale • Bring AI into both how we build and what we build
