•  Lead end-to-end procurement of IT products and services across the Europe region from local vendors. •  Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, cloud services, IT • infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, telecom, and professional services across the Europe region from local vendors. •  Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier • evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization. •  Collaborate closely with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and business • stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver timely, value-driven procurement solutions. •  Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, licensing models, payment terms, and contract renewals to maximize business value. •  Build and manage relationships with global and regional technology vendors and service providers. •  Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual • obligations, and applicable European regulations such as GDPR, DORA, CRA •  Partner closely with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and business • stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely sourcing support. •  Drive supplier performance reviews, vendor governance, and continuous • improvement initiatives. •  Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities. •  Support budgeting, demand planning, spend analysis, and procurement reporting. •  Mitigate supply chain, commercial, and contractual risks while ensuring business continuity. •  Identify opportunities for procurement process automation and digital transformation
