Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or customer-facing delivery role in SaaS, healthcare IT, or enterprise software • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live • Technically fluent and comfortable discussing HL7 and FHIR integrations, SSO, and data workflows • Experience working directly with healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR, such as Epic and Cerner • Exceptional organizational skills: Able to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball • Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are equally comfortable in an engineering standup and an executive status call • A natural escalation manager: You surface problems early, not after they've already impacted the customer • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where process is still being built • The way we work • The way we work • 1. Build to Last • 1. Build to Last • We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day. • 2. Own Your Practice • Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together. • 3. Move Fast, Stay Steady • We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make. • 4. Make Others Better • Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end technical project plan for enterprise implementations — defining milestones, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and driving ownership and accountability across internal and external teams. • Project Leadership • Technical Scoping & Planning: Lead the creation of detailed technical project plans in collaboration with Engineering and the Solutions Engineer, translating customer requirements and solution briefs into structured, executable delivery plans. • Technical Scoping & Planning • Implementation Planning & Coordination: Lead implementation planning sessions with customer IT, clinical informatics, and operational stakeholders — aligning on integration approach, configuration requirements, and go-live readiness. • Implementation Planning & Coordination • External Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-signature, managing expectations, communicating progress, and ensuring customers feel supported and informed at every stage of the implementation. • External Stakeholder Management: • Internal Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the voice of the customer internally — bringing back field feedback, surfacing bugs and product gaps, and escalating issues to Engineering and Product with the context needed to prioritize and resolve them quickly. • Internal Stakeholder Alignment • Customer Success Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation experience, with clear handoffs, shared context, and a unified customer-facing presence. • Customer Success Partnership • Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify risks to timeline or scope, manage change requests through a structured process, and escalate issues before they become customer-impacting problems. • Risk & Escalation Management • In office to collaborate with like-minded professionals • Healthcare, Dental, Vision benefit options • 401k with 3% match • Personal development budget of $500 per annum • Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win • The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of the leading healthtech startups
