Requirements

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational oversight role • Strong understanding of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and customer lifecycle management processes • Knowledge of transaction monitoring and financial crime controls • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to assess complex cases and apply policies consistently • Experience producing reports and management information. Experience within fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated financial services environments • Understanding of AML, sanctions, fraud, and financial crime regulations. • Experience with quality assurance frameworks, audit methodologies, or compliance testing. • Familiarity with case management and workflow systems
