Requirements

Responsibilities

• Product and Feature Review: Conduct legal assessments of new products, services, and features, providing actionable advice to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. • Product and Feature Review: • Policy Development and Maintenance: Update and maintain the company's Terms of Use, privacy policies, and other legal documents to align with evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Policy Development and Maintenance: • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other sta keholders to understand product visions and offer legal insights from the concept phase through deployment. • Cross-functional Collaboration: • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and analyze changes in applicable e-commerce and technology laws and regulations, advising the Product teams on compliance strategies. • Regulatory Compliance: • Intellectual Property: Provide guidance on intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues related to product development. • Intellectual Property: • Data Privacy and Security: Advise on data privacy and security laws, ensuring the company's products and practices meet global data protection standards. • Data Privacy and Security: • General Legal Support: Offer general legal support related to product development, including drafting and negotiating agreements with partners and vendors when necessary. • General Legal Support:
