Maven Clinic - Senior Brand Designer

• Experience: 10+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing • Skills: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including branding, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing • Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics. • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Experience in an agency or growth-stage startup environment • Experience designing for health, tech, or wellness brands • For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. • Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. This role is open to candidates based in the New York Metropolitan area, or remote from within the US. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
