Responsibilities
• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team • Hire and ramp Account Executives in your region • Drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition • Step into critical deals and help drive them to close • Establish how the region operates and wins • Partner cross-functionally to accelerate growth • Background • Background • Track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required) • Experience selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level) • Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments • Builder mindset - comfortable creating pipeline and structure • Leadership experience or strong first-line leaders ready to step up • What success looks like • You take ownership of the most important dealsYour team builds pipeline and converts itYou hire strong performers and raise the barThe region becomes predictable and scalable
