Requirements

• Second point of contact for HR advice to managers and team members escalating matters to the People Experience Director or HR Business Partner where needed. • Work with the EMEA payroll, benefits & administration teams to ensure HR administration, benefits, policies and processes are compliant with local laws and regulations, whilst also conveying the SharkNinja’s culture and mindset. Responsible for local communication regarding new policies and processes. • Management of employee relations matters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to the countries in their scope. Conduct informal and formal investigations or processes, in a compliant, consistent and fair manner. • Drive employee engagement initiatives that underpin our culture and that are tailored to the regional needs of the local teams. Organise and participate in regional employee events and activities. • Talent Management • Talent Management • Employee onboarding, ensuring all new team members understand the SN mindset and how we operate in order to accelerate their impact on the business. • Development of line manager capability through coaching, mentoring and other management development capabilities. • Management of key talent management processes, e.g. probation periods and annual performance reviews. • Facilitate learning activities where appropriate, such as Outrageously Extraordinary Culture connect sessions

Responsibilities

• Can operate autonomously • Prior experience in an HR Manager role within a regional role, in a large organisation. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices for the region - currently Italy and Spain • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in Spanish and Italian • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information • Our Culture • At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.
