Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience supporting global teams across multiple regions. • Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior leaders and fast-moving organizations. • Strong understanding of HR practices across Europe and North America. • A passion for partnering with leaders and helping teams navigate growth, change, and new opportunities. • Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle sensitive situations with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with people at all levels of the organization. • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. • A genuine interest in creating great employee experiences and helping people do their best work.
Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders across Europe and North America to understand their teams, challenges, and business goals, and help translate those needs into thoughtful people strategies. • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, helping them navigate people decisions, strengthen their teams, and create an environment where employees can thrive. • Support and execute key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, engagement, compensation, and organizational planning. • Provide thoughtful guidance and support on employee relations matters, balancing business needs with empathy and care. • Partner with the broader HR team to deliver programs and experiences that make a meaningful impact for employees. • Use people insights and data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and help leaders make informed decisions. • Build strong relationships with employees across the organization and be someone they feel comfortable turning to for support and guidance.
