Requirements

• 10-15+ Years of OD / Talent Experience: Deep experience in organizational development, talent management, industrial/organizational psychology, or internal/external management consulting, ideally within high-growth, technical, or industrial sectors. • Org Design & Diagnostic Expertise: Proven track record of diagnosing organizational friction, facilitating org design frameworks, and driving complex change initiatives without an established playbook. • Consultative & Executive Influence: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable challenging senior executives respectfully and bringing structure to open-ended problems. • Data & Analytics Translation: Ability to synthesize complex people data, engagement trends, and operational metrics into compelling narratives and targeted interventions. • Agility & Resourcefulness: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to hands-on execution. • Advanced Degree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certifications: Formal training or certifications in executive coaching, change management (e.g., Prosci), org design, or assessment frameworks (e.g., Hogan, Birkman, DiSC). • Infrastructure Tech Context: Curiosity about AI, hardware manufacturing, and the physical data center infrastructure powering future technologies.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
