Requirements
• Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools. You’ll already be comfortable using AI tools in practical ways to help solve problems, increase productivity and improve quality of work, showing good judgement about when to use them and the ability to explain the reasoning behind that use. • We look for people who are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. • Experience in commercial loan underwriting, credit sanctioning or credit analysis within the SME sector in Germany • Strong business acumen and a working understanding of the risk and revenue drivers that influence the creditworthiness of a loan application • Strong German language skills at C2 or native level is a must • The ability to interpret & analyse financial statements • A motivated and enthusiastic attitude that works well in a regularly changing and fast paced environment • Excellent communication skills in business English and German. You will have direct telephone contact with our customers, daily interaction within credit whilst decisioning and regular contact with other teams on cross functional initiatives • An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving. You come up with innovative and scalable solutions to day-to-day problems and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency • Don’t take this list as prescriptive: it’s just to give you a sense of who might do well at the job. • We expect to pay from £45,000 —£60,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application.
