Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in evaluating financial statements and credit data to assess risk in extending credit or loans; generating financial ratios for customer status evaluation against industry benchmarks. Experience with engaging customers on complaints resolution, transaction verification, delinquent account management is required. • Ability to participate asynchronously in work alongside leading AI labs (implied requirement). • F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be able to take part; however, this depends on the student's Designated School Official and their school’s requirements. STEM OPT is not supported as per Handshake guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial statements and credit data to assess risk in extending credit or loans, and prepare detailed reports for loan committee approvals. • Generate financial ratios to assess customer financial status and compare industry benchmarks. • Engage with customers to resolve complaints, verify transactions, and manage delinquent accounts.
