Requirements
• You are a strategist and an operator. You are incredibly intellectually curious and enjoy breaking down and rebuilding processes • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy • Genuinely interested in the future of AI and emerging technologies. • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams • Comfortable working independently in a distributed, high-trust environment • You have previous experience at a high-growth technology or AI company • 7+ years of experience in legal operations with some experience leading the function • Deep expertise in legal technology, including CLM platforms (Ironclad a major plus), e-billing systems, and matter management tools • Strong analytical skills with experience gathering metrics to storytell and drive key business decisions • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. • This role is remote and can be executed anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. • Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal. Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating. • Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), matter management, and creating an e-billing systems • Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking • Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the team • Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload and performance • Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operates
