Requirements
• Principal Business Operations & Strategy Mastery: Extensive, expert-level mastery leading enterprise business operations, strategy execution, Chief of Staff functions, or large-scale operational transformations within a complex, multinational technology or global supply chain environment. • Principal Business Operations & Strategy Mastery: • Executive Governance & Policy Architecture: Proven capability to evaluate abstract organizational variables, establish board-level operating rhythms, and influence corporate policy and decision-making across C-suite and executive leadership teams. • Executive Governance & Policy Architecture: • Formal Network Creation & Cross-Functional Influence: Outstanding negotiation and executive communication skills with a track record of building formal cross-functional networks across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to resolve critical enterprise issues. • Formal Network Creation & Cross-Functional Influence: • Strategic AI & Capability Enablement: Demonstrated expertise translating emerging enterprise capabilities—such as AI workforce enablement and modern strategy execution frameworks—into scalable operating models and measurable business outcomes. • Strategic AI & Capability Enablement: • INCLUDE FOR POSTING LOCATION IDENTIFICATION • Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. Responsibilities
• Architect Global Strategy & Operating Rhythms: Establish enterprise-wide strategy execution frameworks, annual operating planning cycles, and OKR tracking mechanisms across GSCO, aligning executive leadership around key strategic priorities, resource allocation, and long-term transformation goals. • Architect Global Strategy & Operating Rhythms: • Govern Executive Decision-Making & Operations: Design and lead high-stakes executive operating systems—including Board of Directors materials, Corporate Operations Reviews (COR), functional QBRs, and SLT offsites—ensuring critical decisions, risks, and cross-functional dependencies are thoroughly evaluated and executed. • Govern Executive Decision-Making & Operations: • Lead Enterprise Transformation & Chief of Staff Network: Serve as the strategic Chief of Staff to the CSCO while spearheading the Joint Chief of Staff network, establishing shared operating standards, cross-functional alignment, and seamless execution across all supply chain divisions. • Lead Enterprise Transformation & Chief of Staff Network: • Drive Strategic Communications & Executive Alignment: Formulate transparent organizational communication frameworks and stakeholder alignment strategies for All Hands, Board, and Risk Committee engagements, translating complex supply chain performance metrics into clear executive narratives. • Drive Strategic Communications & Executive Alignment: • Direct Strategic Talent & AI Integration Rhythms: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT leadership to integrate AI workforce strategies, talent management cycles, and organizational health programs into core supply chain operations, elevating decision velocity and employee experience. • Direct Strategic Talent & AI Integration Rhythms: • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
