Responsibilities
• Manage implementations for small and mid-market health plan groups serving as the primary operational contact during onboarding • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate execution across internal and external teams • Coordinate technical and operational launch requirements for small and midmarket health plan groups, including eligibility validation, marketing readiness, and client configuration • Identify and escalate risks early, troubleshoot issues, and ensure launches stay on track • Build relationships with customer contacts, partner teams, and internal stakeholders, helping build excitement ahead of launch while establishing Virta as a trusted partner • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining implementation processes, tools, and partner playbooks • Onboard to Virta’s onboarding methodology, systems, and health plan ASO workflows • Lead portions of client launches and manage cross-functional work streams • Manage group implementations for mid-market employer groups across 1-2 reseller partners by Day 90, working towards delivering on-time, high-satisfaction launches • Build relationships with collaborators across Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams • Provide insights and feedback to improve how we scale our partnership implementations • 2+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations, ideally supporting digital health companies, health plans, or PBM partnerships • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability • Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills • Technical and operational aptitude in areas like data exchange, eligibility workflows, or healthcare integration • Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and deliver high-quality implementations. • VALUES-DRIVEN CULTURE • Virta’s company values drive our culture, so you’ll do well if: • You put people first and take care of yourself, your peers, and our patients equally • You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative while empowering others to do the same • You prioritize positive impact over busy work • You have no ego and understand that everyone has something to bring to the table regardless of experience • You appreciate transparency and promote trust and empowerment through open access of information • You are evidence-based and prioritize data and science over seniority or dogma • You take risks and rapidly iterate • Is this role not quite what you're looking for?
