Responsibilities
• Managing the full sales cycle with financial institutions, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure. • Leading discovery conversations with key stakeholders - including C-suite executives and internal Solution Architects - to surface client needs and compellingly articulate OpenZeppelin's value pro • Applying a consultative, solution-selling approach to diagnose complex institutional challenges and map them to tailored OpenZeppelin security offerings. • Driving revenue growth in the region by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Identifying strategic partnerships to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal velocity. • Representing OpenZeppelin at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and refining sales approach using data-driven insights. • in enterprise or institutional sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. • Deep understanding of Web3, digital assets, and the tokenization landscape; hands-on crypto • is a strong plus. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building • with gravitas to engage C-suite executives. • A well-established network within financial services or blockchain ecosystem. • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). • Residency in APAC time zones. • AI-native proficiency and demonstrated success in remote-first teams. • Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field.
