Responsibilities
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, providing meaningful mentorship and constructive feedback that helps engineers grow. • Driving team performance by resolving bottlenecks, fostering accountability, and sustaining high engagement to ensure consistent delivery & resource efficiency. • Driving the adoption of AI within the team, ranging from day to day operations to large scale projects. • Foster open, transparent communication across remote, hybrid, and in-person environments. • Stay hands on in Cloud and Platform engineering, leading by example at a technical level. • Defining and enforcing platform engineering best practices that ensure consistency, scalability and operational excellence across the organisation. • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and QA to align strategy and turn ideas into well-executed outcomes. • Contribute to product decisions, bringing a platform perspective that balances speed, quality and scalability. • Proactively identify and mitigate risk before they come blockers. • Embed DevSecOps principles; ensuring security, monitoring, compliance, and automation are built in from the start. • Our Values & Culture 🌞 • Just Pilot: We never settle for “good enough”.
